The development has achieved tremendous success in Old Town Square where only 3 units of shop offices remain unsold. Phase one bungalows have achieved more than 80% sales, Phase two bungalows are open for sale now. As for link bungalow, only 2 units remain unsold, whereas phase one semi dee have achieved 85% sales and phase 2 semi dee are selling fast. The construction is in advance stage and CCC is expected soon. We will start delivering Old Town Square from June 2013 and followed by link bungalows, phase 1 bungalows and phase 1 semi dees.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, the jewel of the development, the shopping mall, hotel and service apartment is expected to commence work by end of 2013.
